Sasha can take a 30-minute intro meeting from you, where you first give him a high-level concept and requirements, and turn that into a beautiful mockup to demo internally for further fleshing out details of the features, as well as using those designs for user research.
He can churn out well-thought-out designs and mockups in a matter of a day or two, so honestly, there are times he worked faster than the PMs can keep up with!
But more importantly, beyond the quality of work is his character, as Sasha is very friendly, always solution-focused, and brings great energy and enthusiasm about his work, which makes working with him a pleasure. I would 100% love to work with Sasha again on other projects!
